In case the client wishes to cancel the study application, he must submit a written cancellation request to Eduxa.
The following service fees are non-refundable after submitting the application under any circumstances: (University application fees, housing reservation fees, airport transfer fees, medical insurance fees, book fees and use of the services and facilities of the study entity).
In case the client wishes to cancel his application during the period of communication with the study entity or after receiving the acceptance decision from the study entity, he is not entitled to claim a refund of the application fee ($500) that he has previously paid. He is also not entitled to recover any amounts paid to the study entity according to the conditions of the study entity. Accordingly, EduXa will notify the study entity of the cancellation of the application.
If all the documents required to obtain acceptance are complete and no response is received from the study entity with acceptance or rejection within the expected period mentioned above, the client has the right to recover the application fee amount minus an amount ($300) that EduXa is entitled to as an administrative fee for closing the client's file.
In the event that the client wishes to cancel his application after receiving the decision of rejection from the first study authority and does not wish to apply to another study authority or does not have other options available to EduXa, as well as in the event of applying to a second or third study authority and receiving a decision of rejection, the client has the right to recover the application fee, minus the amount of (300 US dollars) that EduXa is entitled to as administrative fees for closing the client’s file.

In case the client wishes to cancel the study application, he must submit a written cancellation request to Eduxa.
The following service fees are non-refundable after submitting the application under any circumstances: (EduXa registration fees, registration fees at the study institution, accommodation reservation fees, airport transfer fees, medical insurance fees, book fees and use of the services and facilities of the study institution).
In the event of withdrawing the application (cancellation) as a result of the client not obtaining the required visa for the study program due to rejection by the embassy of the study institution's country, the client shall bear a cancellation fee due to EduXa of 250 US dollars in addition to any other fees requested by the study institution.
In the event of withdrawing the application (cancellation) or reducing the duration of the study program or the number of its study hours for any reason other than visa rejection, the client shall bear a cancellation fee and fees due to EduXa of 500 US dollars in addition to any other fees requested by the study institution.
In the event of any refunds to the customer, he has the right to recover them within 15-45 days or according to the study institution's policy.
